Main Motor, Back Motor, and Sludge Feeding Pump, all of them are VFD control by cabinet of Decanter. Sludge Feeding Pump flow rate is automatic adjusted considering the solids load into Decanter, in order to get the best efficiency and separation performance of Decanter. GN Decanter can also display trend graphs from the principal process variables. And Decanter cabinet's Program is open source. GN Engineers would also share Communication Address Table, so Clients' Electrical Engineers can add other controls as what they need.
Generally GN Company would deliver 5 meters of cable with Decanter together, and Clients can order more if they need. Generally the Cables includes for Power, Main Motor, Back Motor, Feeding Pump, Temperature Sensor 1, Temperature Sensor 2, Vibration Sensor, Automatic Lubrication Unit. It can be added more if clients need other cables.

Solids Vacuum Pump is 100% air operation/driven pump, and can work safely in dangerous explosive environment, such as drilling site, refinery plant, etc.
GN Company has developed 3 models of Solids Vacuum Pump, with different capacities, including 10m3 per hour, 20m3 per hour, and 40m3 per hour. The capacity is calculated based on water, and it might reduce accordingly during actual work, especially for high density or high viscosity sludge.
The Pump itself doesn’t need electricity or diesel, and it is shall be supplied air, always by Air Compressor. There are diesel driven Air Compressor, and it can help the pump to work in remote area without electricity, and the Air Compressor can be movable with wheel, which is great convenient. The Slurry Treatment System mainly includes four modules as below.
Module One, Industry Vibrating Screen. It is used to remove coarse solids from the hydrovac slurry.
Module Two, Double-deck Fine Screen. It is used to collect the slurry from module one, where fine solids would be separated out, with size about 100um.
Module Three, Desander/Desilter. It is hydro cyclones with dewatering shaker, which is used to collect slurry from module two, where 20~70um solids would be separated out.
Module Four, Big Bowl Decanter Centrifuge. It is mainly used to remove fine particles from slurry, with size about 2~10um.
