At this prestigious event, GN Separation will be highlighting its advanced oily sludge treatment system, designed to offer comprehensive solutions for managing and processing oily sludge. Our innovative system stands out for its efficiency in handling the entire oily sludge treatment process, from extraction to final separation.

Key Features of GN Oily Sludge Treatment System:

1. Sludge Picking Up: Oily sludge is initially extracted from the sludge pit using GN solid vacuum pumps or excavators, ensuring a smooth and effective collection process.

2. Heating & Conditioning: The sludge undergoes a pre-mixing and conditioning process in the heating tank, where it is prepared for further treatment.

3. Screening Treatment: Post-heating, the sludge is processed through a vibrating screen to remove coarse particles, optimizing the quality of the sludge for subsequent stages.

4. Secondary Heating & Conditioning: Fine particles are treated with chemical agents during a secondary heating process, which helps to strip oil from the solid phase and transition it into the liquid phase.

5. Solid-Liquid Separation: The conditioned sludge is then directed to a two-phase decanter centrifuge for solid-liquid separation. The resulting solid sludge, with less than 2% oil content, is suitable for further biodegradation or processing through pyrolysis or incineration.

6. Three-Phase Separation: Following solid-liquid separation, the sludge is pumped to a three-phase disc separator. This final step achieves the separation of saleable oil, usable washing water, and solids, which are then discharged through a flushing pump.

• GNOST-01: Conditioning Capacity of 1-2 m³/h
• GNOST-05: Conditioning Capacity of 5 m³/h
• GNOST-15: Conditioning Capacity of 15 m³/h
