The unit will be formally deployed in the customer’s core mineral processing production line, targeting to significantly upgrade material screening precision, enhance overall process stability, and deliver non-stop reliable operation under the site’s harsh, high-load working conditions.

The GNLS3073 series adopts a proven straight-line motion design, which enables consistent, uniform linear trajectory movement of feed materials across the full screening deck. The complete equipment system consists of a heavy-duty imported exciter unit, high-integrity screen box, high-efficiency rubber spring vibration damping assembly, modular support frame and energy-saving drive package. It supports both horizontal installation and adjustable inclined-angle layout (0°-10°) to match different process flows, delivering outstanding application flexibility for diverse mining scenarios including ore pre-classification, dewatering, desliming and tailings dry stacking.
To guarantee long-term, trouble-free operation in the highly abrasive, high-impact mining environment, GN integrates industry-leading structural design and precision manufacturing technologies throughout the whole production process. The screen side plates are fabricated from premium high-strength alloy steel plates with exceptional impact and wear resistance. Different from traditional welded structures, the full screen assembly is connected with imported Huck rivet hydraulic fastening technology, which completely eliminates welding residual stress and dramatically improves the overall structural reliability and anti-fatigue performance.
Prior to formal production, GN’s experienced R&D engineering team carried out full-process structural simulation and targeted optimization via Finite Element Analysis (FEA). All key vibration parameters and mechanical structures were precisely calibrated and adjusted to fully avoid resonance risks during long-period operation, effectively reduce unnecessary vibration impact on core components, and extend the total service life of the complete machine.
The GNLS3073 is also equipped with an optimized heavy-duty vibration beam system. The rectangular tubular design of the supporting cross beams achieves ultra-high structural strength while maintaining a reasonable self-weight ratio. All critical load-bearing components go through professional secondary stress-relief treatment after welding, ensuring highly stable performance and greatly improved fatigue resistance even under 24/7 continuous operation conditions.
