GNDL303 Sludge Dewatering Screw Press: Efficient & Eco-Friendly Solid-Liquid Separation

The GNDL303 Sludge Dewatering Screw Press is a cost-effective, environmentally friendly mechanical dewatering solution suitable for diverse sludge types. It adopts screw extrusion technology to achieve steady, continuous solid-liquid separation. During operation, the rotating screw conveys sludge forward, where gradual compression is generated through variable internal cavity geometry. Combined with precise gaps between fixed and floating ring assemblies, the increasing extrusion force separates free water from sludge while retaining solid particles stably. The entire dewatering and thickening process runs continuously with simple operation and minimal manual involvement.
To enhance flocculation and dewatering efficiency, raw sludge is conditioned with polymer flocculants before entering the screw press, which optimizes floc formation and accelerates internal water release. Tailored to the technical requirements of this European project, the GNSJY3000 Chemical Dosing Unit is fully integrated into the system to ensure accurate, stable preparation and dosing of polymer conditioning agents.

The GNSJY3000 is an automatic dry powder dosing system engineered for precise polymer solution preparation, maturation and storage. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the equipment features a multi-stage structural design to independently complete proportioning, stirring, maturation and storage. Dry polymer powder and water are accurately metered and fully mixed in the preparation stage to form a homogeneous solution, which is then transferred to the maturation tank for sufficient reaction. After full maturation, the qualified solution is stored in the buffer tank and continuously supplied to the dewatering unit via dosing pumps.
This automated workflow ensures consistent polymer solution concentration and stable dosing volume, delivering uniform, high-quality sludge conditioning performance throughout continuous operation.
