Dry polymer powder and water are accurately metered and fully mixed in the preparation stage to form a homogeneous solution, which is then transferred to the maturation tank for sufficient reaction. After full maturation, the qualified solution is stored in the buffer tank and continuously supplied to the dewatering unit via dosing pumps.
This automated workflow ensures consistent polymer solution concentration and stable dosing volume, delivering uniform, high-quality sludge conditioning performance throughout continuous operation.
