What new products will be seen on the 2017 Beijing Oil Show?

1)30 inch big bowl decanter centrifuge GNLW764-VFD

It is specially designed and made for Russia market, where the rig sites prefer centrifugal degasser, rather than vacuum degasser.

3)Cuttings transfer pump GNSP-40

It is a full air driven pump for cuttings transfer. It is the safest pump can be used for Zone 1. It can handle cuttings with max. 80% solids content, and the max. solids size can up to 70mm. The max. transfer length can up to 1000m. It is the ideal transfer pump for long distance cuttings transfer without spilling.

What is the centrifugal degasser?

Centrifugal degasser is a kind of degasser device. It is used after shale shaker to kill the small bubble in the drilling fluids.
What are the advantages of centrifugal degasser?
1) The centrifugal degasser has a high working efficiency for gas removing.
2) The centrifugal degasser is easy for operation and maintenance.
3) The centrifugal degasser owns a very compact design for a small foot print on tank top. It can save more free space on the tank for other equipment laying out.
4) The centrifugal degasser does not need a separate vacuum pump. As the vacuum pump may generate little gas during working. The centrifugal degasser does not have this risk.
Besides centrifugal degasser, is there other kind of degasser equipment?
Besides centrifugal degasser, GN Solids Control has another 2 kinds of degasser equipment: poor boy degasser and vacuum degasser.
Poor boy degasser is used after choke manifolds, but before shale shaker in the mud system. It is to remove the big size gas bubble in case there is. Mostly, it does not need to be used for many years. But the same as a fire Extinguisher, every oil and gas drilling rig mud system should be equipped with poor boy degasser.
Vacuum degasser has the same function as centrifugal degasser. It is more popular than centrifugal degasser. It is used after solids control shale shaker, but before hydro cyclones. It has a bigger size and takes a bigger footprint on the tank system.

Air powered high pressures wash down pump, or commonly known as Pneumatic high Pressure wash pump. GN Solids Control can design and make the air powered flush pump. The pump is powered and driven by air engine, instead of motor engine. The air engine generates high pressure for the purpose of washing and flushing.
The entire system does not require electricity or gas to produce pressurized water. The required air source pressure is 7 bar (100psi). Clean and dry air should to feed to drive the pump and generate high pressure.
Simple air driven motor is used to turn the pump which conversely converts an ordinary garden hose pressure into a powerful 50 bar (725PSI) or 170bar (2465PSI) pressure. A 12 liter or 14 liter per min water flow allows for easy and productive pressure washing. GN designed and made high quality air powered high pressures wash down pump are light weight, economical on price, and easy to operate. The greatest advantage is its quiet operation and ability to use it in applications where gas and diesel powered machines are prohibited due to hazardous conditions such as in chemical, paint and nuclear plants, and also in mines and oil platforms and refineries.

1) Always wear eye protection during operating or maintenance to the air drive wash pump.
2) Always turn off air supply and disconnect air supply hose before installation, disassembly, and maintenance, flushing, or adjusting any accessories of the pump.

Chinese New Year means the first of Lunar Calendar, the celebration will last 15 days, from the 1rst day of Lunar year until the 15th day of Lunar year. It is no-doubt the biggest celebration in China, and absolutely the most important event for all Chinese people and overseas Chinese. During the New Year, people will go home from every corner of China, and from worldwide, no matter where people are working, no matter how far, people have the same aim: Go home, especially go back to the hometown.

For many young people from the countries, even they buy a house in the city, their parents comes to the city to live together with them, still they prepare to go back to their hometowns, to celebration with their old friends and relatives.
