GN Company finished the final test of one set of Wastewater Treatment Equipment, including Decanter Centrifuge, Flocculent Doing Unit, and Sludge Feeding Pump, and planned to do shipment to client's job site in Middle East very soon.

For the sludge dewatering, including STP, ETP, WWTP, the Decanter Centrifuge is the mostly used application. The Client ordered a big bowl Decanter Centrifuge for his project, based on treatment capacity requirement, with bowl size 18inch (450mm), L/D 4.2, and variable frequency driven speed of 0~3500RPM, and adjustable centrifugal force. The bowl is made of Duplex Stainless Steel 2304/2205, and the solids discharge port is made of tungsten carbide inserts, which is anti-abrasion and would extend working life. And GN Company would do 3 stages balancing process to maximize the balance of centrifuge, which includes 1800RPM low speed balancing, real operation high speed balancing, and assembly balancing.

Generally in order to get better performance of Decanter Centrifuge in wastewater treatment, Chemical Dosing Unit for flocculent is necessary. And GN Company can design and supply Chemical Dosing Unit with flocculent either from powder or liquid.

The client chooses Progressive Cavity Pump as pump both for sludge feeding and chemical dosing, which has advantage of stable flow rate. And GN Company can supply material of wetted parts in duplex stainless steel if client requests, in case of consideration about anti-corrosion.
