Now the System can be used to treat Oil Sludge from Crude Oil Tank, Refinery Plant, and drilling waste, etc.

The Treatment Result from the System is as follow,

Oil content in Solids is 1~3%

Sediment & Water content in Oil is less than 3%

Oil content in Water is 1000~3000ppm.

And GN Company also offer special treatment unit, to lower the Oil Content in Water to 50~100ppm.

GN Company now has developed 3 models with different capacities, including 1m3/hour, 5m3/hour, and 15m 3/hour. And 40m3/hour can be customized.

The System includes equipment as follow,

Pre-Mixing & Heating Module, to make the oil sludge less density, and can be Pump to GN System.

Chemical Dosing Unit, to add Flocculent or Demulsifier.

Screening Module, to remove coarse particle from the sludge (about bigger than 100um).

2 Phase Decanter Centrifuge, for solids liquid separation.

3 Phase Centrifuge Separator, for oil, water, and fine solids separation.

GN Technical Team is capable to arrange Lab Test for Clients' sample sludge with advanced lab equipment, it helps client to find out the best performance process and offer best solution.
