Regarding to constant torque self-adaptation function for Screw of Centrifuge, here are the details.
The changes of working current (torque) of back motor can be real-time monitoring by Frequency Converter. PLC controls input current (torque) of back motor through program, which can change working speed of back motor.
When the flow of feed pump becomes bigger or concentration increases, the working current (torque) of back motor becomes bigger, the working torque set by Differential becomes bigger, the solid phase within drum increases, and Back Motor Frequency Converter controls back motor to reduce speed, increases the differential speed between screw and drum, for discharge sludge quickly, until PLC controller monitors working current (torque) of back motor returns to set value.
When flow of feed pump becomes smaller or concentration decreases, working current (torque) of back motor becomes smaller, working torque set by Differential becomes smaller, the solid phase within drum decreases, and Back Motor Frequency Converter controls back motor to increase speed, decrease differential speed between screw and drum, and reduce the number of push times, until PLC controller monitors working current (torque) of back motor returns to set value.
In this way, the dryness fluctuation of the sludge discharged from centrifuge can be kept small, and the dryness consistency is good.
