GN Separation has recently finalized the fabrication and full delivery of a complete sludge dewatering screw press system for an overseas client. The turnkey solution comprises the GNDL302 sludge dewatering screw press and the GNSJY2000 chemical dosing unit, delivering high-efficiency, eco-friendly solid-liquid separation and sludge treatment capabilities for the client’s operational needs.

At the heart of this project lies the GNDL302 screw press sludge dewatering machine, a next-generation extrusion dewatering equipment developed by GN Separation. Adopting advanced screw extrusion technology, the equipment enables uninterrupted continuous solid-liquid separation. It generates powerful progressive squeezing force through variable screw diameters and pitches, paired with the precision narrow gaps between floating rings and fixed rings. This structural design efficiently removes moisture from raw sludge, producing high-dryness sludge cake with stable and reliable dewatering results.
Superior to conventional sludge dewatering equipment, the GN screw press series boasts distinct competitive advantages: a compact and space-saving structure, low operational energy consumption, stable long-term running performance, and simple daily maintenance. Equipped with a self-cleaning floating and fixed ring system, the equipment effectively avoids clogging failures, supporting continuous round-the-clock operation with minimal water consumption. Thanks to these reliable features, GN screw presses are widely applicable to diverse scenarios, including municipal sewage treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, food processing, chemical production and other sludge disposal and management projects.

In this tailored project, the GNSJY2000 polymer dosing unit is perfectly integrated with the screw press dewatering system to achieve precise, stable polymer preparation and automatic dosing. Scientific chemical conditioning significantly optimizes sludge flocculation effects and greatly improves the overall efficiency of solid-liquid separation. By synergizing accurate chemical dosing and mechanical extrusion dewatering, the integrated system achieves superior dewatering performance and more stable operational output.
GN Separation’s integrated dewatering system organically combines professional chemical conditioning technology with high-performance solid-liquid separation equipment, catering to diversified and customized treatment demands of global clients. Traditional mechanical separation equipment can generally filter and remove suspended particles of 2 to 5 microns in wastewater, yet struggles with ultra-fine particulate impurities. The collaborative operation of GN’s chemical dosing unit and high-efficiency separation equipment effectively captures and separates ultra-fine suspended particles, helping enterprises meet stringent environmental discharge standards and upgrade their overall wastewater treatment capacity.
Prior to delivery, the entire integrated system underwent rigorous factory inspection and performance testing at GN Separation’s manufacturing base. Every component and functional module was strictly verified to fully comply with technical specifications and the client’s customized requirements. Throughout the project implementation process, GN’s professional engineering team provided one-stop technical support, covering personalized equipment configuration scheme design, on-site operation guidance, and complete technical document delivery.
As a specialized and experienced manufacturer of solid-liquid separation equipment, GN Separation consistently focuses on delivering customized, high-quality separation solutions for global industrial clients. Backed by core independent technology, reliable equipment quality and rich cross-border project experience, the company strives to empower various industries with more efficient, cost-effective and sustainable wastewater and sludge treatment solutions.
