Sludge vacuum pump, also known as solids transfer pump or drill cuttings transfer pump, is a pneumatic vacuum transfer pump with high load and strong suction. It creates a vacuum pneumatically for suction and then converts to positive pressure for material discharge. The unique design of this pump, with no rotating parts in the chamber, allows it to operate in the toughest environments with low maintenance and to transport materials with more than 80% solids and high specific gravity materials at high speed. The sludge vacuum pump has the following features:

High-efficiency venturi unit generates vacuum up to 25 inches HG (mercury column), equivalent to 85 kPa, with virtually no wear parts in the presence of strong air flow.
Compact pump body for conveying distances up to 500-1000 metres.
Commonly used for a wide range of applications such as drilling cuttings conveying, oily sludge conveying, tank emptying operations, waste pumping over long distances, as well as mineral and waste conveying.
