We are thrilled to share that GN Separation successfully participated in EXPOMINA PERU 2024, the largest and most significant mining event in Peru this year. With over 16 years of experience, EXPOMINA PERU has established itself as a premier platform for showcasing the latest in mining machinery, technology, and services.
Held at the Jockey Exhibition Center in Lima, Peru, this year’s event brought together major mining suppliers across a vast 47,000 m² space, featuring more than 1,270 stands and international delegations. Over three days, industry leaders and visitors explored cutting-edge innovations and solutions in mining.
At the exhibition, GN Separation proudly showcased two of our flagship products: the Mining Vibrating Screen and the Tailing Centrifuge.
Our Mining Vibrating Screen is designed for a wide range of applications, handling various materials including:
- Metal Minerals: Iron ore, copper ore, aluminum ore, gold ore, lead ore, zinc ore, platinum ore, chromium ore, manganese ore, etc.
- Industrial Minerals: Bentonite, borax, calcium carbonate, carbon, carbon black, ceramic powder, ball clay, kaolin, feldspar, glass fiber, garnet, glass, graphite, gypsum, ferrotitanium ore, limestone, magnesite, magnetite, metal powder, mica, potassium salt, phosphate, salt, talc, vermiculite, etc.
- Other Materials: Sand, aggregate, coal, silica sand, plastic, fertilizer, etc.
Panel Types:

Polyurethane Screen Panel - Coarse Screening: Opening 0.2-30mm. Made of polyurethane with a metal skeleton, it offers good wear resistance and corrosion resistance but is not suitable for high temperatures.

Metal Gap Screen Panel - Coarse Screen: Opening 0.2-30mm. Welded with stainless steel, wedge-shaped holes prevent clogging, providing high temperature resistance and good conductance, though it's less suited for ultra-fine particles.

Polyurethane Screen Mesh - Fine Screen: Opening 0.045-2mm. Made from polymer polyurethane elastomer, it features high strength, elasticity, and wear resistance, with an opening rate of 28%-45%. However, its conductance is not as good as stainless steel.

Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Screen - Fine Screen: Opening 0.038-2mm. This screen can handle ultra-fine particles with excellent conductance and resistance to clogging, though it has lower wear resistance.
Our Tailing Centrifuge, also known as a horizontal screw decanter centrifuge, excels in industrial solid-liquid separation. Depending on material characteristics, our decanter centrifuges are categorized into dewatering, separation, and clarifying types. Features include:

T Series Dewatering Type (Beach Angle: 8.5°): Ideal for separating large particles, high-density differences, and high-concentration materials.

Y Series Separation Type (Beach Angle: 15°): Combines dewatering and clarifying, suitable for fine, soft materials with small particle sizes and high viscosity.

C Series Clarifying Type (Beach Angle: 20°): Designed for challenging separations requiring high clarity of the liquid phase.

SX Series 3-Phase Type: For solid-liquid-liquid separation where phases are immiscible with different densities.
