Introduction

GN Separation is proud to announce the successful shipment of a batch of GN Solids Vacuum Pumps to an overseas customer. Known as sludge vacuum pumps, these vacuum loading solids transfer pumps are fully powered by compressed air and are capable of transferring solids, powders, slurries, and sludge efficiently.

GN Solids Vacuum Pump Overview

The GN Solids Vacuum Pump, also referred to as the sludge vacuum pump, is a robust, compact, and efficient solution for transferring a wide range of materials. Utilizing a powerful vacuum of 25"hg, these pumps can load and deliver materials over distances exceeding 500 meters. They are available in three capacities: 10 m³/h, 20 m³/h, and 40 m³/h, and can also be designed as a Group Pump Unit on a single skid to increase flow rates.

Working Principle

The GN Solids Vacuum Pump operates by using compressed air to create a high vacuum inside the pump tank. This vacuum draws the material into the pump tank through the suction line. After a few seconds, a valve changes the airline direction to create positive pressure inside the tank, pushing the material out through the discharge line. The GNSP-40A model can operate in both manual and automatic modes, while the GNSP-10A and GNSP-20A models operate automatically. Because these pumps require no electrical power and only use compressed air, they are ideal for use in industries like oil, gas, and coal that require explosion-proof equipment.

GN Vacuum Cleaner for Industrial Waste

GN also offers a Mini Vacuum Cleaner designed for tough industrial cleanup jobs. This mobile and lightweight suction tool is air-operated to produce high vacuum for suction and can switch to positive pressure for discharge. Operators can set up the suction and discharge times for automatic operation, making it efficient and easy to use.
