The torque of the rotating shaft is too large. The reasons and solutions are as follows:

(1) The amount of mud entering is too large, and the amount of mud entering should be reduced.

(2) The amount of inflowing solids is too large, and the amount of mud entering should be reduced.

(3) The speed difference is too small, and the speed difference should be increased.

(4) If the gearbox fails, it should be refueled and maintained in time.

(1) If the energy consumption suddenly increases, the mud outlet of the decanter may be blocked.
