This kind of Decanter Centrifuge is mainly used for dewatering application, with high solid content sludge and high abrasion. In order to protect decanter from abrasion, GN Technical Engineers design and install tungsten carbide plates around screw and the solid discharge port. Operators can adjust pump feeding rate, drum and screw rotation speed and liquid wire plate during actual operation, in order to achieve the best performance.

The control cabinet of GN Decanter Centrifuge is made of stainless steel, with protection level IP55 or above. The main motor, back up motor, and feeding inlet pump are all under VFD control in the cabinet. The electrical components are all from international reputable brand.
