GN Company is a professional manufacturer of Solid Liquid Separation Equipment, including 2/3 Phase Decanter Centrifuge, and 2/3 Phase Disc Separator. Recently GN Company arranged shipment of two units of high G-force Disc Separators to client in Middle East, which is used for coolant clarifying in the fabrication of aluminum beverage cans.
This Middle East client purchases 3-Phase Disc Separator, which is used for light phase (oil), heavy phase (water), and solid separation. 3-Phase Disc Stack Separator is a high speed, stable and automatic slag discharge centrifuge machine. The sludge material is feed into the bowl of the Disc Separator and clarified in the disc group. Through the very narrow disc compartment, the liquid is divided into thin liquid layers, and the settling displacement is reduced to a minimum. The clarified liquid is squeezed to the center of the drum and then flows to the holder cavity, where the light liquid will pass through the holder and be discharged without foam under pressure. The solid particles will be accelerated to move toward the underside of the disc, and flow out into the slag cavity, and the separated ash will be periodically discharged through the slag outlet.
3-Phase Decanter Centrifuge can also be used for light phase, heavy phase, and slag separation. While its separation performance, especially the clarity of light phase is not as good as decanter, as separate has much higher speed of rotation, thus stronger centrifugal force.
Welcome to contact GN Sales Managers, and they would offer one stop turnkey solution based on clients’ project.
