Client from Europe ordered one unit of 3-Phase Decanter Centrifuge for oily sludge from Dissolved Air Floatation (DAF) process.

GN Company's 3-Phase Decanter applies the technology of ''centripetal pump'', which is used to discharge of heavy liquid. An adjustable impeller discharges the "heavy" liquid phase. Furthermore, the operator can use the adjustable impeller to adjust the pond depth of the heavy liquid without difficulty during ongoing operation. According to the Proportion of two different phases, an adjustment mechanism causes the position of the impeller to change, thus changing the separation line of the liquids. The process engineering results can thus be influenced so as to achieve the required separation result.

The motor of GN Decanter are reputable Chinese brand, and non-china brand is also available if it is required from clients.

The material contact part is made of duplex stainless steel by centrifugal casting, which is better than SS304/316, especially for slurry with high content chloride ion.

Flushing is not necessary during 3-Phase Decanter Centrifuge's continuous operation, and only if Decanter Centrifuge stops for long hours, for example, overnight time, then it's better to clean with clean water. Flushing Pump and Sludge Feeding Pump can be the same one Pump, because Sludge Feeding Pump itself shall also be flushed. 2~3 m3/hour flow rate is okay, and municipal water supply's water pressure is enough for flushing. And generally flushing time is 10~30minutes.
