Screw Press is a newly developed economic and environmental sludge dewatering equipment, which achieves dewatering by the principle of screw extrusion, through strong squeezing force generated by the change of screw diameter and screw pitch h, and the tiny gap between the floating ring and fixed ring.

Comparing with Decanter Centrifuge, Filter Press, and other dewatering equipment, Screw Press has obvious advantages of low energy/electricity cost, labor/operation cost, investment cost, maintenance cost, and compact footprint, etc. It is suitable for small/medium dewatering project, with solid content percentage in the feeding inlet less than 5%.

GN Company now is capable to manufacture screw press with diameter from 100m to 400mm, and electrical components, including motor, can be international reputable brand.

The fluid contact part is made of stainless steel 304/316, and duplex 2205 is available if necessary.
