This week customized Desander Unit, which is used for mud recycling of drilling mud, with capacity 70~80 cubic meters per hour, it is approved of final factory test, and would be packaged for shipment to client in Europe. The client’s project is for water well drilling and Geothermal well.

This European client orders one compact structure, including Two Layers of Vibrating Screens and Six 4-inch Hydro Cyclones. The drilling mud would firstly come to bottom layer screen, where coarse particles would be separated out, and then Submersible Slurry Pump would suck the mud and pump to Hydro Cyclones, where fine particles would be separated out. And the slurry discharged from bottom of Hydro Cyclones would come to the upper layer screen for drying.
