Decanter Centrifuge is used for solid and liquid separation, which is achieved by centrifugal force. When the slurry is feeding into Decanter Centrifuge, the mixture would be separated into solids layer and liquid layer separately, because of the difference of specific gravity. With high rotation speed, Solids Phase and Liquid Phase would flow to different ends of Decanter Centrifuge, which are named Liquid Phase End and Solids Phase End, and finally discharged out of Decanter Centrifuge from two separate outlets.

GN Company has completed one set of Decanter Centrifuge Module for client from chemical engineering industry. Considering corrosiveness and explosive of feeding material, the client chooses duplex stainless steel 2205/2304, and ATEX certified Explosion proof motor and electrical control cabinet.

Besides supplying Decanter Centrifuge, GN Company also supplies supporting accessories, including Polymer Preparation Unit, Sludge Feeding Pump, and Screw Conveyor. All the equipment is installed on one skid.
