Recently GN Company completed production and final test of a batch of Vacuum Pumps for Steel Plant in India. GN Company is a professional manufacturer for Separation & Conveying Equipment, including Decanter Centrifuge (for sludge dewatering, liquid clarifying), Sludge Dewatering Screw Press (for sludge dewatering), Polymer Preparation Unit (for preparing chemical and dosing), and Sludge Solids Transfer Pump (for transferring high-solids/viscosity content sludge).

Sludge Vacuum Pump is pneumatic pump, which is 100% air driven/operation. The Pump can be used to transfer sludge, solids, slurry, and their mixtures.

GN Company now has developed three 3 models, including 10B / 20B / 40B, with different capacities 10~40m3 per hour. The flow rate of Pump depends on Air Intake + Pump Volume.

For each specified model, its flow rate can be adjustable by setting time for both Suction / Discharge, which is 0~30 seconds.

Material for pump is made of carbon steel, which can reach mostly project requirement, while stainless 304 and 316 are all available.

The Pump is highly automatic working and much less maintenance and spare parts are always stocking in GN warehouse and can be posted anytime by Express.

GN Company has already supplied the Pump to Clients in UK, Norway, Russia, Portugal, Greece, UAE, Bahrain, Oman, India, Nigeria, Mongolia, Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, Mexico, etc.

It’s acceptable to arrange trial test with clients’ sample in GN factories, to check the Pump performance during actual operation.
