Here are the details explanations about the system.

Premixing Module, the sludge is always high density and viscosity, which is not easy to be pumped. And there are different sizes of particles in the sludge, which might damage the other equipment in the system, and seriously reduce their working life. So heating the sludge, and mixing with water to reduce solids content in the sludge, while adding chemicals into sludge, generally it is Demulsifier.

Separation Module, the sludge discharged from Premixing Module would be delivered to Separation Module for solids and two immiscible liquid’s separation.

Chemical Preparation and Dosing Module, it is used to prepare Flocculent and Demulsifier, which can significantly help to increase separation performance.

It is also acceptable to arrange trial test with clients’ sample in GN factories, and GN Technical Department would offer detailed experimental report after test.
