Besides sludge dewatering equipment, GN Company also supplies Sludge Feeding Pump (Progressive Cavity Pump) and Chemical Dosing Unit with Dosing Pump (Progressive Cavity Pump) for this project.

Because of high chloride in the sludge, client asks the material of construction for both Sludge Dewatering Screw Press and Sludge Feeding Pump to be made of Duplex Stainless Steel. And also the electrical parts, including Electrical Control Cabinet and Motor, are all from reputable International Brand.

Sludge Dewatering Screw Press is more economy and convenient than other dewatering equipment, such as Decanter Centrifuge and Filter Press. Its working principle is screw extrusion, where strong squeezing force is generated by the change of screw diameter and screw pitch, and the tiny gap between floating ring and fixed ring.

The obvious advantage of Screw Press is its low energy consumption, low investment, and low operation cost (its electricity cost is much lower than decanter centrifuge or filter press).

GN Company is now capable to manufacture Screw Press with capacities ranging from 0.1m3/hour to 50m3/hour. Besides supplying single unit equipment, GN Company takes more advantages of delivering one stop turnkey solution, including Feeding Pump, Screw Conveyor or Belt Conveyor for discharged sludge transferring, Chemical Dosing Unit, Tank, Accessories, etc.
