Recently GN Company delivered one complete set of Dewatering System for EPC Contractor outside China. The System includes Dewatering Shaker, Decanter Centrifuge, Pump, Screw Conveyor, and other accessories. This system can be used for sludge dewatering, solids liquid separation in different industries, such as construction mud, drilling mud, hydrovac slurry treatment, etc.

GN Company has been a professional manufacturer of Decanter Centrifuge for 13 years, and developed 3 main series with different beach angles, including T series, Y series, and C series. T series is mainly used sludge dewatering application. The material is made of duplex stainless steel 2203 or 2304 by centrifugal casting, which is much better than stainless steel 304 or 316. The screw, solids discharged port, and liquid discharged port are all protected by tungsten carbide tiles, which is interchangeable, and always stocking in GN warehouse, and can be reordered at short notice. The bearing is from SKF, which is completely imported from Sweden reputable brand, with long working hours and less maintenance.

Regarding to Commissioning/Maintenance,

The clients can have Zoom/WhatsApp/Skype meeting, and GN Company Engineers would join and help. GN Company can also send Engineers to clients’ job site for commissioning/maintenance service if it is requested.

Guarantee for equipment is 14 months after shipment, or 12 months after commissioning, whichever comes firstly. GN Company would be responsible for problems caused by quality of production or raw material during the guarantee period.
