GN Company’s supply scope of Centrifuge includes Decanter Centrifuge and Disc Separator, which includes 2-Phase separation model and 3-Phase separation model.

Centrifuge is professional equipment for continuous separation of suspension, in which there is density difference between different subjects. It means Centrifuge only work on the suspension where Solids and Liquid (single liquid or two immiscible liquids) can be separated by gravity themselves, while Centrifuge can significantly increase the efficiency, which achieves by Centrifugal force.

GN Company now is capable to manufacture Decanter Centrifuge with bowl diameter 220~760mm and capacity from 1m3/hour to 120m3/hour.

GN Company can supply material made of 304, 316, Duplex Stainless Steel 2205/2304, and Super Duplex Stainless Steel 2507, etc. And Bowl is made of Duplex Stainless Steel by centrifugal casting. Solids Discharge Port and Screw are all protected by Tungsten Carbide Tiles, which is for longer life and easy maintenance.

GN Company Engineers from After-Sale Service Department can arrange Zoom/WhatsApp/Skype meeting for commissioning/maintenance, and GN Company can also send Engineers to clients’ job site if it is requested from clients.

Guarantee for equipment is 14 months after shipment, or 12 months after commissioning, whichever comes firstly.

GN Company would be responsible for problems caused by quality of production or raw material during the guarantee period.

GN Company Technical Team has professional questionnaire for clients to answer, which is used for GN Engineers to become clear about clients’ requirement, and then send Proposal.

No. 2

If clients has used Centrifuge before, and want GN Company to supply equivalent model. So clients can send detailed Technical Data about the decanter they use now, and then GN Company sends proposal of equivalent model.
