Screw Press is economic and environmental friendly sludge dewatering equipment. It achieves the function of dewatering by using principle of screw extrusion, with the changing of screw diameter and screw pitch, which can create strong squeezing force. Screw Press can be widely used for dewatering in projects of municipal, agriculture, food, starch, chemical, paper, leather, etc.

GN Screw Press is fully automatic PLC control with VFD control for the sludge feeding pump and the speed of screw. GN Company is capable to design and manufacture Screw Press with capacity ranging from 0.1m3/hour to 50m3/hour, and bigger capacity for single unit is customized and available. And GN Company can supply the machine with wetted parts made of stainless steel 304, 316, and duplex 2205, based on clients’ requirement.

In order to achieve better dewatering performance, Chemical Dosing Unit is necessary, which is used to preparation of Flocculent.
