Desander Plant is a compact structure used for sand water separation, which is mainly used in the piling project. The structure includes 2 stages separation, which are coarse sand screening separation and fine solids cyclone centrifugal separation. The slurry would be firstly feed to the bottom layer screen of Shaker, where coarse solids would be separated out, and then fine solids and slurry would pass the bottom layer screen and flow to the storage tank. The Centrifugal Pump or Submersible Slurry Pump would pump the slurry to the Desander Cone with pressure for fine solids separation, and find solids would be discharged onto the upper shaker for dewatering.

Mud Dewatering Decanter Centrifuge is used for solids liquid separation, mainly used to separate solids with size less than 20um. The slurry recovered from Desander Plant can be feed into Decanter Centrifuge, where cleaner slurry can be recovered. And adding Flocculent into Decanter Centrifuge can help decanter to get better separation performance, where solids with size less than 2um can be separated out.
