Recently GN Company supplied one unit of 3-Phase Decanter Centrifuge for African Client, for oil sludge treatment in oil field. The client would like to remove Impurity and Water from oil, and recover clean oil as much as possible. 3-Phasae Decanter Centrifuge is used for Solid, Water and Oil separation by centrifugal force, and the mixture would be discharged separately from Decanter.

Regarding to oil sludge, besides oilfield drilling waste, Decanter Centrifuge can also work for refinery waste, and crude oil tank bottom residual. The recovered oil by Decanter Centrifuge, its impurity & water content is less than 3%.

For Oil Sludge Treatment, because it is high viscosity and density, firstly GN Company supplies Sludge Solids Vacuum Pump to collect and transfer the sludge into our System. Secondly, we supply Pre-mixing Tank, which is used to heat and add water into sludge, in order to make it have fluidity, and solids concentration become less than 20% in the sludge. Thirdly, we supply Shaker, which is used to remove coarse particles from sludge. Fourthly, we have 3-Phase Decanter Centrifuge, for oil, water, and solids separation. (For some projects, we suggest 2-Phase Decanter Centrifuge + 3-Phase Disc Separator, which the recovered oil is more clean).
