GN Dewatering Screw Press Features,

1. Screw Press can be widely used for sludge dewatering from different industries, such as Municipal Sewage, River Water, etc. And Screw Press can also be used for Oil Sludge Treatment.

2. Screw Press is working continuously and automatic, while it's not easy of blockage.

3. Comparing with other dewatering equipment, such as Decanter Centrifuge, Filter Press, Screw Press has advantages of low cost and power cost. And it is a compact structure with small footprint.

GN Company is capable to supply dewatering screw press with capacity ranging from 5kg/hour~640kg/hour, and supply material based on clients' requirement, including Stainless Steel 304, 316, Duplex Stainless Steel 2205.

Dewatering Screw Press is always used for sludge with solids content less than 5% and the solids are soft. For large Solids or hard abrasive slurry, GN Company suggest Decanter Centrifuge.

For most of dewatering project, Chemical Flocculent is widely used to concentrate tiny particles, which can help for better performance of dewatering equipment. GN Company can supply 3-Slot Dry Powder PAM Chemical Preparation Unit and Single Barrel Mixing Unit for PAC or PH regulating reagent. Dosing Pump is also available in the scope supply of GN Company.
