Here are detailed specifications about GN Decanter Centrifuges

GN Company is capable to manufacture Decanter Centrifuge with capabilities ranging from 1~2m3/hour to 120m3/hour, and bowl size from 220mm (9inch) to 760mm (30inch), which can be widely used for drilling mud, environmental protection sewage, oily sludge, chip fluid, sand washing water, mineral water, soda white mud, salt mud dewatering, mineral oil, chemical viscous materials, fruit juice, coffee, tea, wine, soybean milk, rubber treatment in leather factories, biodiesel, starch, edible oil, protein, cheese, casein, lactose, beverage, fish by-products, oil/water clarifying, etc.

Sludge Solids Pump

The Pump can be used to transfer high solids content and high viscosity sludge, solids/sand, slurry, including mining slurries, thickener/dewatered sludge, petrochemical/oil tank bottom sludge cleaning, power plant ash/sludge cleaning, hazardous waste recovery & transfer, drilling cuttings/waste, different kinds of drilling mud transferring, construction waste/slurry collection/transferring, agricultural /animal product and waste, bentonite and cement powders transfer, effluent and processing waste, pulp and paper mill waste, ship/vessel tank sludge cleaning, and bulk transfer loading and unloading.

Oil Sludge Treatment System,

The system can be used for recovering oil from waste oil sludge from Refinery Plant, Drilling Site, and Oil Tank Bottom Sludge.

Treatment Result as follow,

Oil content in Sludge, less than 2%

Sludge & Water content in Oil, less than 3%

Oil content in Water, 500~1000ppm.

And it’s acceptable to arrange Clients’ Sample Trial Test by GN Technical Team, for finding out the Best Solution.
