There is one set of Slurry De-watering System is ready for shipment to client's job site in the Southeast. The System is used for mud recycling in TBM project within city. During the TBM project, big amount of mud slurry would be used for protect the tunnel inner wall, cooling the drilling bit, and bring the detritus from drilling to the ground. It's a big headache for environment protection, and cost for the third party company to treatment. So GN Company develops the De-watering System, which can be used to remove fine solids, and recycle the clean mud slurry for TBM project again. That would save a big cost for the Project Company.

This system includes Decanter Centrifuge, De-sander Plant, and Chemical Dosing Unit (optional).

This system is to remove different size of solids step by step.

De-sander Plant is used to remove solids with size 45~70um.

Decanter Centrifuge can be used to remove solids less than 20um.

Chemical Dosing Unit for Decanter Centrifuge, it is used to help fine solids to gather and become bigger by flocculent, so Decanter Centrifuge can get better separation performance, and final recycling slurry would be more purified.
