VFD control panel full name is variable frequency drive control panel. It can change the equipment running speed through changing the motor frequency.
The VFD control panel is widely used for drilling waste management equipment. Especially for below equipment:
1) Drilling cuttings transfer screw conveyer. Operators normally need to change the transfer speed to get different transfer volume per jobsite condition or materials situation, to make it suits upstream and downstream equipment.

2) VFD control panel for High speed decanter centrifuge. For different treating materials, capacity request, separation request, the job site people should utilize different bowl speed and conveyer speed to get a better performance. Besides full hydraulic drive, VFD control panel is another way to change the centrifuge bowl speed and differential speed easily.
3) VFD control panel for feeding pumps, especially screw pumps to feeding for centrifuge, drill cuttings solidification unit., thermal desorption unit. Their transfer capacity should be changed to match with the equipment handling capacity for a certain materials.
4) All control panels for drill cutting solidification unit are VFD type. Clients are convenient to change the transfer volume of each transfer screw conveyer to get the best handling capacity.

1) Flameproof VFD control panel is the basic type. Most companies make this type. As it is far more easy for design and fabrication. And the cost is relative much lower. But the VFD convertors will generator much heart during working. For small size and single VFD control panel, flameproof VFD panel can be acceptable.

2) For big VFD convertors or with over 1 VFD components, like decanter centrifuge and vertical cuttings dryer, there will be too much heart during working. It will damage the control panel if the heart cannot come out. A better cooling device is necessary.
