this is not the first time we sent to Russian a container type drilling waste management system. In order to ensure the machine run smoothly in the cold weather, the Russian customers have been like this kind of the design of the container, the operator can operate all indoor equipment operation, the standard container size also facilitate maritime transportation.
Customized the waste management system configuration is as follows:
Vertical cuttings dryer is one of the core equipment of drilling waste management system, it is mainly used for dry waste mud, in order to obtain a large number of dry solid phase and liquid phase. Drying device in the project is designed as GN D version of the model, the normal speed is 900rpm, equipped with air knife system and flushing screen and liquid circulation tank cleaning system, prevent the sieve basket of congestion.
Hose pump is used to transfer the waste material into the dryer. An advantage of using the hose pump is making it and the high density type waste transportation pump better coordination with the work. Screw conveyor installed in the dryer unit, used to discharge solid into the container. Outside the containers, boxes and waste collecting waste from the conveyor belt. The spam inbox is designed by GN to facilitate further cover transport harmful substances.
GN solids control has provide Baker hughes of Russia 4 sets, including the vertical cuttings dryer and VFD model decanter centrifuge waste management system. Their operators built a very large canvas house, the placement of the whole system in the canvas inside of a house, can make the whole system under the condition for better work when the weather temperature is very low better work.
At present, the company has 40 sets of design and manufacture of the dryer for the customer, some unit adopts the modular design, easy site layout, and other customers in order to make waste disposal fully, also adopted a system of anti-skid and decanter centrifuge.
