2016 is a big and import year for GN Solids Control. Although the economic environment is very bad and the low crude oil price have no good sign for recovery, but GN Solids Control keep growing and have deep business cooperation with more and more worldwide big companies.

April and May is a very busy month for GN people. Days ago, GN people finish their job for exhibition in Moscow Russia. 2016 Russia oil show MIOGE is a professional Exhibition hold in Moscow from April 18-21. It is the biggest exhibition in oil and gas field in Russia. Many neighbor country visitors come for the show.

GN Solids Russia, as GN Solids Control branch company in Russia, came for the show with following equipment. It helps the clients and visitor check GN equipment and quality on the exhibition.

1) GN takes a solids removing mud cleaner for the Moscow oil show. The mud cleaner is a 3-1 combination of shale shaker, desander and desilter. GN patend design make the desander separator high efficiency and very use friendly.

Firstly, the mud cleaner is very easy for screen changing with GN offered professional tools.

Secondly, a tool box on the machine makes the job more easy for the separator operators.

In another hand, the mud collection hopper under the desander desilter cones can be used as an under flow shale shaker. Operators no need to remove the hydrocyclone assembly and no need to amount a separate mud feeding box for the shaker.

2) GN Solids Russia takes a 14’’ high speed decanter centrifuge for the oil show. It is a VFD centrifuge with high speed for drilling waste management as well as for mud solids control and waste water treatment. GN Solids Control has some sets running in Baker Hughes jobsite and feedback well.

3) A vertical cuttings dryer is also come for the show. It is the 3^rd generation vertical cuttings dryer especially design and made for OBM, SBM and WBM.
