Main series of GN centrifuges:

1) 8’’ mini size decanter centrifuge GNLW223 / GNLW223-VFD, with 3800 / 4500 rpm fixed speed for option. Variable frequency speed control also available. The mini baby side centrifuge is normally used for diamond drilling with a small capacity and footprint.

2) 14’’ is the most popular size for drilling field. The latest design GNLW363CG for fixed speed and GNLW363C-VFD for variable speed frequency speed control. GN offers premium high standard and economic standard to cater for different standard market and applications. The design for the 2 standards is the same, but economic standard centrifuge utilized economic standard material to lower down the cost, and enable a better price. But even GN economic standard, it is still better than normal Chinese standard.

14’’ centrifuge is widely used in onshore and offshore drilling rigs. It can be used for barite recovery, for fine solids separation, drilling waste management. It can also be used for waste water treatment with its super high speed.

3) GN offers 2 sides of 18’’ decanter centrifuge. One is economic big bowl GNLW452 with middle speed for barite recovery or HDD, CBM drilling rigs. It is fixed speed control.

Another 18’’ decanter centrifuge is GNLW453C-VFD, it is a high speed decanter centrifuge with big bowl.

For customer like big bowl but budget is tight, it is a good choice.

4) 22’’ inch the big bowl big capacity centrifuge special design and made by GN Solids Control. It is widely used in drilling waste management field and the solids control system. Especially in European counties as in these countries, the rigs site do not like desander, desilter cone separator. Big bowl big capacity centrifuge becomes necessary in these applications.
